Class Descriptions

All of our classes are conducted in a ‘normal warm room temperature’ environment at a moderate pace. We value alignment and provide lots of prompts and guidance for a safe and fulfilling practice. Be sure to pre-register online.

Active Classes

Enjoy our variety of active classes! There is something for everyone - find the right level of challenge for you!

Level 1 - Great explanations and guidance about moving your body in new ways. Beginner friendly but perfect for continuing students as well.

Mixed Levels - Fun and accessible to most students with modifications offered for both ‘more challenge’ and ‘less challenge’. Fit beginners are encouraged to try this class!

Go beyond traditional hatha yoga offerings.

Tai Chi - All-level exploration of an ancient practice. Slow-moving and low-impact. Gently challenging and accessible. Beginner Friendly!
